Speech Title: Pretreatment Technology and Intelligent Development of Camellia Oleifera Fruit

Abstract: Camellia oleifera is endemic to our country high oil woody fruit. Camellia oil contains high valuable nutrition. Firstly, the characteristics and advantages of Camellia oleifera industry are introduced. At present, our country and provinces and cities give policies to support Camellia oleifera industry. Then, the physical morphology of Camellia oleifera fruit and the existing problems in processing were introduced. This paper summarizes the existing technology and equipment of Camellia oleifera pretreatment process, and introduces the sheller developed by the research team. Finally,  the intelligent development direction of technical equipment in the future is pointed out.
